It took all day to go about 200 miles. I put my memory places into the GPS and allowed it to take me on the selected route. This was interesting as it did not go on the roads we always took to get to these places. I went on back roads where there were few vehicles. Some were dirt roads. Many were in very poor conditions. Memories.

Growing up, we always took the same roads through Skowhegan, North Anson, and North New Portland to Kingfield. From Carrabassett Valley we would always go through New Portland and Farmington to go to Boothbay Harbor

On my Memory Lane road trip I allowed my GPS to take me to my memory places on its recommended route. It took me through Levant, Corinna, and Embden to Kingfield. To Boothbay Harbor I never went through Farmington.

On to Boothbay Harbor
